All orders will be delivered in the main retreat center center fridge by Friday at 3pm

Soba noodle "salad" served with edamame, beet root, spring onion, cranberry beans & ginger vinaigrette. $15

Curried Coconut Vegetable Korma GF, Vegan Fresh sauteed cauliflower, onions, garlic, carrots smothered in cashew (can be omitted), coconut, curry cream sauce. served with rice. $15 per serving add chicken $5

Italian stuffed tomatoes. plump ripe Michigan tomatoes cored and stuffed with arborio rice, herbs, olive oil, baked in their own juices includes 2 tomatoes per serving. $10. add pan seared steak $10

Leek stock quinoa salad with sauteed onions, peppers, and leeks. topped with olives fresh herbs and a squeeze of citrus $15

Fruit board! arrangement of melon, berries & dried fruits (great for grazing!) $15

Fresh granola & yogurt parfait cups $8

Cheese and charcuterie for two display of uniquely available cheeses, jellies, crackers, nuts and cured meats $25

High Elevation Cinnamon Rolls- Kitchen little original, high elevation baking recipe developed in the great smoky mountains. additional leavening and quality spices make them one of a kind. Includes cream cheese buttercream. $7 each or $36 for 6

Chocolate Ganache HoNos!- a GF, Vegan, Snack cake made with coconut cream and rich dark chocolate ganache. sold- plain, original salted, peanut butter, or lavender! $5 each
