Retreat Registration

* Pricing is per person and includes lodging, programming and meals.

* Double or Triple occupancy means you are registering with/rooming with people you know. When you check out, you must pay for your entire group at once to receive the double/triple occupancy discount.

WAITLIST:

If all accommodations say "UNAVAILBLE", this retreat is SOLD OUT. You can add yourself to the waitlist by completing the registration form and choosing the accommodation item entitled "WAITLIST - $0.00". We will contact the entire waitlist when we receive a cancellation, and spots will be available first come, first serve.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days before the retreat, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel 0-30 days before the retreat, we will offer a full refund ONLY if we are able to find a replacement for your spot (from the waitlist or late-sign up) MINUS a $50 administrative fee.
