STEP 3: PLAN FOR YOUR FOOD
Our Retreats for Mommas and Helping Professionals both include a vegetarian, gluten free lunch and snacks. (Our Day of Mindfulness does NOT). Plan ahead to buy any extra meals from Chef Jake Osburn (Kitchen Little) or nearby shops (Agricole in Chelsea!) or bring your own if spending the night.
