All orders will be delivered in the main retreat center center fridge by Friday at 3pm

Chicken salad endives. Fresh endives sliced and stuffed with creamy chicken salad. Includes dried Michigan cherries, pecans, apples and herbs! $12

Lemon Herb Roasted Asparagus and Quinoa $15 - Oven-roasted asparagus spears with olive oil, herbs and garlic - Fluffy quinoa cooked in vegetable broth

Strawberry Spinach Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette $15 - Fresh spinach leaves topped with sliced strawberries, feta cheese, and almonds - Drizzled with homemade balsamic vinaigrette

Chickpea and Avocado Salad $12 - Chickpeas, diced avocado, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onion tossed in a lemon vinaigrette - Served over a bed of mixed greens

Caprese Quinoa Salad $13 - Quinoa mixed with cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil, and balsamic glaze - Light and refreshing option for warmer days

Squash & zucchini ratatouille rosettes. Delicate layers of squash and zucchini with fresh herbs, and sautéed onions over fresh tomato sauce. $12. add pan seared chicken $8

Fresh granola & yogurt parfait cups $8

High Elevation Cinnamon Rolls- Kitchen little original, high elevation baking recipe developed in the great smoky mountains. Additional leavening and quality spices make them one of a kind. Includes cream cheese buttercream. $7 each or $36 for 6

Chocolate Ganache HoNos!- a GF, Vegan, Snack cake made with coconut cream and rich dark chocolate ganache. Sold- plain, original salted, peanut butter, or lavender! $5 each
