We offer overnight rentals (for the exclusive use of the whole property, i.e. small outdoor weddings, forest weddings, sustainable eco-friendly weddings, green conferences, micro-festivals), or day-time rental of our Main House conference room/studio and kitchen. (day-long events, meetings, mini-retreats).

We offer a private nature retreat venue, with a 621 sq. ft conference/yoga room that fits 20 seated (or 12-14 yoga mats) and rustic lodging for 20

Small kitchen (stocked with pots/pans, flatware, dinnerware, glassware, and serve ware) & seated eating areas for 20

We use environmentally-safe products as much as possible, and aim at lowering our ecological footprint.

We do not cater your event but can recommend local professionals that offer local/organic meal catering.

Please note that there are two households (the families of Ari Wakeman and Emily Adama) that live permanently on the property. (one in the lower level of the common house, and one in a cabin 200 yards from the common house.) During your rental they will maintain quiet and privacy for your group, but will remain on the property.

"I hosted a [...] Retreat at EarthWell in July 2025 and I couldn’t have asked for a better space [...] The spring-fed swimming pond offered a rejuvenating cool-down on the hot summer days, the nature trails winding through the property helped us ground and connect with the land itself, and the fire-pit was the perfect ceremonial space for us to dance beneath the stars.
We loved the accommodations that allowed for different options for attendees ranging from rustic camping for those who wanted to really immerse themselves in the elements, to the canvas bungalows that offered all the cozy sleepover vibes, to the elemental cabins that offered more privacy and comfort. The kitchen was well-equipped and provided all that our Kitchen Witch’s needed to keep our bodies nourished throughout the weekend.
Emily and the EarthWell land stewards were phenomenal; they allowed us to tour the venue beforehand which helped with planning and their communication was always quick, thorough, and very friendly. I could not recommend this sacred space more for all of those looking for a space to host their events (or attend one). I’m planning to book it again next Summer and so many women are excited to make the journey back here too!"
