EarthWell can accommodate up to 20 overnight participants and excellent indoor/outdoor facilities to run a wellness or staff retreat, training, and small-group event.

Our 621 sq. ft conference room/yoga room is perfect for leaders in the wellness industry to have a comfortable space to lead trainings, workshops, and retreats.
OFF-GRID CAMPING AND eco-GLAMPING ACCOMMODATIONs
EarthWell is the perfect place to host your retreat or training event. We can comfortably house up to 20 people overnight through eco-cabins, 3-season bungalows, and rustic tent camping.
Included in your rental:
Rentals are available for daytime or multi-day use of our Conference Room/Yoga Space.

621 sq. ft Conference room/yoga space for between 12-20 people depending on use.

Two indoor bathrooms and ADA accessible shower

Small kitchen (stocked with pots/pans, flatware, dinnerware, glassware, and serve ware) & seated eating areas for 14

Outdoor small group meeting spaces (porches, grassy areas around the building)

Overnight accommodations: Four insulated heated cabins, Two 3-season Canvas Bungalows (cabins), and BYO tenting (up to 20 total people overnight. Cabins are one-room, and can fit 1-4 people).

A variety of options for every kind of overnight guest. Options for additional beds in cabins to lower cost for participants.

Solar-powered composting e-loo toilet building (2 toilets by the pond)

Additional Portajohns may need to be rented depending on your party's size and length of stay. (More than 20 people, etc.)

Access to walking paths on our property and easy access to the Clark and Avis Spike Preserve next-door

Main House basement

Food Service will be not be included. Any food service and all responsibility that goes with it will be your sole responsibility. (We have wonderful referrals, if you'd like).

Access to the Historic Barn or storage facilities

Please Note:

Pets (unless a service animal) are not permitted

Alcohol is not permitted for events hosted on EarthWell property

Because we are in a residential neighborhood, amplified must be kept very low, but acoustic music may be enjoyed.

Please note that there are two households (the families of Ari Wakeman and Emily Adama) that live permanently on the property. (one in the lower level of the common house, and one in a cabin 200 yards from the common house.) During your rental they will maintain quiet and privacy for your group, but will remain on the property.
