WHAT
WHAT
In a world that pulls partners in a thousand directions, we offer a gentle, joyful reset—three days devoted to curiosity, presence, and the simple pleasure of being together. This retreat invites you to step out of the rush of daily life and into a slower, sweeter rhythm: one filled with playfulness, ease, intimacy, and renewed aliveness.
Through inquiry, loving touch practices, shared movement, and creative play, couples will explore new ways of attuning,
listening, and tending to the heart of their connection.
This is not couples therapy. This is a playful space where your edges can soften so your connection may expand into co-creative possibilities.
What to Expect: Across the weekend, we weave science, artistry, and embodied exploration into a grounded pathway for relational renewal. Everything is invitational and paced with great care, allowing each couple to choose their own adventure.
The Couples Wellness Weekend offers a unique chance to rest and renew together— supported by time-honoured wellness practices designed to reconnect you with yourself and to the delight of simply being together. Stepping away from the pressures of daily life, you and your partner have a chance to enter a more nourishing tempo that invites rest, presence, play, intimacy, and a renewed sense of connection.
A spacious weekend together nestled on 140 acres of nature preserve. Enjoy six wellness sessions with seasoned facilitators to nourish the mind, body and soul, and to cultivate attunement and connection with your partner. Simple, off-grid cabins or camping, and farm-to-table meals.
This retreat has less programming and more free-time for couples in the schedule than the August Retreat.
This is not couples therapy.
