What are your policies for drop-in classes & retreats held by EarthWell staff?
Personal Retreats & Drop-in Classes- Masking Optional in the shared common spaces
Group Retreats - EarthWell sponsored group retreats will no longer have any testing required. All are welcome regardless of vaccination status. We still welcome and respect those who would like to personally mask and distance during retreats.
How are reservation cancellations being handled?
All payments will be refunded in the event that we are closed due to COVID-19 government-ordered restrictions.
What is EarthWell doing to mitigate the spread of covid?
When all visitors are inside shared facilities (such as the small kitchen), it is optional to wear a face-covering for your safety and the safety of others.
Overnight lodging facilities (for example, cabins) are cleaned and sanitized according to CDC guidelines between visitors.
Additional hand sanitization and surface disinfectant supplies are available throughout our facilities.
We encourage you to bring gloves, hand sanitizer, disinfectant, masks and any other health and safety items you deem necessary.
EarthWell is an eco-glamping retreat center with ample amounts of outdoor space and indoor shared spaces that easily accommodate social distancing. We hope our facilities offer you a safe and rewarding retreat experience.
What happens if a guest develops symptoms while at EarthWell or finds out they were potentially exposed prior to attending to someone who has tested positive for covid
All guests who may have potentially been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID will be promptly notified. If you are showing cold/flu/viral symptoms BEFORE your personal or group retreat, it is recommended that you test yourself before arriving.
What procedures are venue rental groups responsible for?
For whole-venue rentals, your group is at-choice about your policies. Please be kind and courteous to any staff or maintenance personnel you may be in contact with. Kindness is our main rule here!
