At EarthWell, we offer a holistic, trauma-aware approach to wellness that blends traditional knowledge with modern understanding of the body and mind. Our classes support emotional balance, physical well-being, and inner resilience. Whether you’re looking to relax, restore, or reconnect, our space welcomes every body—regardless of age, ability, or experience level.
Our Meditation Style

We teach Mindfulness Meditation rooted in the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction
(MBSR) tradition—an accessible, heart-centered way to cultivate awareness, presence, and compassion. Practices may include breath awareness, body scanning, and gentle observation of thoughts and emotions, all guided with care and sensitivity.

We also weave in nature connection, inviting you to step beyond cushion and into direct relationship with the living world. Through practices like sensory walking or the quiet, deliberate “fox walk,” we learn to move in harmony with the earth—listening to the rhythm of our breath, the sound of leaves, the subtle hum of life around us.
These practices remind us that mindfulness is not only an inner experience but also a conversation with nature itself—one that grounds, restores, and reawakens our sense of belonging to the more-than-human world.
Our Yoga Styles
Slow Flow & Gentle Yoga

A mindful, slower-paced vinyasa practice emphasizing breath, alignment, and ease of movement. This style invites internal listening and safe exploration, encouraging embodiment and self-trust. Perfect for those new to yoga, returning after a break, or seeking a grounded, soothing experience.
Somatic Yoga
A deeply internal, exploratory practice using micro-movements, breath, and awareness to release chronic tension and restore natural movement. This approach supports nervous system balance and helps cultivate a felt sense of safety and presence. Classes are adaptive and accessible to all body types and ages.

Classical Hatha Yoga
Rooted in tradition, this practice weaves together postures (asana), breathwork (pranayama), and meditation to harmonize body and mind. We also draw inspiration from the five koshas—the layers of being (body, energy, mind, wisdom, and bliss)—to support you on every level, not just the physical.Classical Hatha Yoga may include movement, breathwork, mantra, visualization, and deep rest to nurture the whole self. It’s an integrative, balanced practice for anyone seeking deeper connection and inner awareness.
Yoga Nidra

Also known as yogic sleep, this guided meditation leads you into a deeply relaxed yet conscious state. It can help release stored tension, calm the mind, and create a safe space for rest and renewal. Especially supportive for those navigating anxiety, trauma, or insomnia.
Restorative Yoga
Gentle, supportive postures held for longer periods, using props to encourage deep rest and nervous system regulation. This practice helps calm the body, ease emotional tension, and reduce chronic stress patterns often held in the muscles. Ideal for anyone experiencing burnout, anxiety, or fatigue.

Sound Baths
This immersive sound meditation uses crystal bowls, gongs, and harmonic frequencies to encourage energetic balance and deep relaxation. Sound can be profoundly soothing to the nervous system, helping the body unwind and emotions settle. Participants are invited to rest in any comfortable position that suits their body.
Accessible to All Bodies
We believe yoga and meditation should be inclusive, adaptable, and body-affirming. Every
class is designed to welcome all body types, ages, and experience levels. Modifications, props, and options are always offered, so you can feel welcome exactly as you are.

Note: We occasionally host guest teachers whose work aligns with our holistic, mindful approach. Their classes may introduce complementary styles or perspectives while maintaining the same supportive and inclusive foundation you’ll find in all our offerings.
